This chair has butterfly armrests so that the body does not clamp when sitting and standing. These butterfly armrests also provide better functionality for the user, compared to other chairs with straight and short armrests.
The height of the chair is adjustable from 44 to 59 cm. It is very important to adjust the seat to the correct height to make it easier to get in and out. If the chair is too high for the user, the feet will come off the ground, making it difficult to sit in the chair. If the chair is too low, the user will have difficulty getting up.
It is often a problem for users to sit comfortably. Sometimes the seat depth is too short, sometimes too deep and without back support. COBI Rehab has designed the seat in such a way that it can be individually adjusted for a comfortable seat. The backrest can be adjusted by +/- 6 cm and is curved, which provides the right comfort.
It is also made easy to move the chair. In the construction of the chair, COBI Rehab has only used high-tech lightweight tubes, which are very strong and have a low weight.
