As our new colleague, you will help us to make the administrative handling of our sales run smoothly. This starts with answering the phone and speaking to our customers and continues until the invoicing of the order.

In connection with the expansion of our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague for the position of
Commercial administrative employee (32-40 hours)
In this internal service function, you will have daily contact with our relations by telephone and email, both in Dutch and English. You will maintain regular contact with your colleagues in the field about new and ongoing sales processes. You will support them in the commercial field where necessary and ensure correct processing of the order administration including the associated invoicing.
Who is Preston Ability BV?
Preston Ability BV is an independent importer, exporter and wholesaler of rehabilitation aids such as mobility scooters, wheelchairs and many other products to keep people mobile. Preston Ability is responsible for the distribution in the Benelux for its labels and has more than 300 points of sale within that region.
We have been active in the Netherlands for over 18 years and form a close-knit team with 6 employees. In addition to wholesale, we now have a number of private labels with which we are also active outside the Benelux and will become even more active in the future.
In the meantime, all of Europe and even Australia are part of our sales markets. Customer focus, flexibility and a broad view of the market are the spearheads of our company on which our success is based.
What makes this role so fun?
- Daily communication with our relations via telephone and email

- Monitoring the order process and supervising the deliveries of sold products. In case of deviations, communication about this with our customers.
- Drawing up and sending invoices and monitoring our debtors in consultation with our financial administration

What are you taking with you?
- Minimum MBO4 work and thinking level, through education and/or work experience
- Preferably an administrative or commercial education
- Several years of relevant work experience in a commercial environment
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
- Customer focus, flexibility, accuracy and structure
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a healthy dose of motivation
